Winter Accomodations

YES! The 1848 is open for the winter... Ski at Gunstock, Pond-Hockey, Snowmobile, Ice-Fishing, or just reminisce and pretend it is summer...

The cottages are shut down for the winter, but we have eight motel units available...

The winter rates listed below apply from November to April:

• Sunday night to Thursday night -$140 per night (plus tax).
• Friday and Saturday night - $150 per night (plus tax).
• Credit card and valid government issue ID required for all rentals

Note: Special rates may apply on holidays and/or for special events. Rates subject change without notice. No refunds if you leave early...
